more from Siena
So far my trip has been very busy! Yesterday, we took a day trip to Siena and it was gorgeous! I uploaded two pictures from there yesterday but have many more to share! Today, we went to Lucca and Pisa. In Lucca, we took an amazing bike ride on top of the walls of the city, I did two laps around! And then we took a walking tour of the city and then went on to Pisa to see the leaning tour. And yes, it was leaning! I then ended my day eating dinner back in Florence with my 3 roommates and 4 other girls, had classic spaghetti alla Bolognese and gnocchi with gorgonzola and then a pie called grandmothers pie. It was all very good!! But here are a couple pictures from today and yesterday!
Got to Florence this morning and have had a good day exploring the city a little bit. My checked bag has yet to arrive in florence though, but with the help of my roommates I still have some clothes to wear for the time being. Here are some pictures of my apartment and the view from the window in my room.
